The hard-driven pulse delivered from a pounding kick drum and solid bass line fuels PKat's fervor for music. For over a decade, PKat has been building a name for himself one gig at a time performing across New England and New York, as well as the UK for Ravers Are: Twisted and Spain at HTID in the Sun. For the past year and a half PKat has also broadcast his unique style (and quirky sense of humour…) live all over the world every Monday night on his radio show 'PKat vs demonfish' through the UK based www.KraftyRadio.com. His irrefutable reputation as an enthusiastic Kat with a knack for laying it down proper has led to performances encompassing a vast spectrum. From the main stage at Candy Ball (NYC’s legendary hardcore massive, care of Ravers Only) to headlining performances at Anime Boston and ConnectiCon he has not only wowed his fellow hardcore enthusiasts, but proven that with his signature blend of musicality and showmanship he can make just about anyone a fan.

"I rarely see anyone perform with such enthusiasm..." Jeff Leclair - Volume Productions

"PKat is the embodiment of rave." DJ Venom - Volume – UC

"I hardly ever listen to hardcore anymore, but every time I watch PKat spin I feel compelled to ask him to marry me or father my lovechild. He is just that good.” Eddie Focus – Digital Finesse

PKat first began performing under the affiliation Plurtrain - the brainchild of a 1998 LIRR early morning ride that the then college freshman could never have anticipated (though certainly he dreamed…) would allow him to create as he does today. Since then, PKat has been adopted by several crews including Atari Safari (MA), Citizens of Utopia (NYC) and the ever popular Floorburnerz (CT). While amassing great momentum into 2011 PKat is proud to join the well respected Tight Crew, adding his fierce and independent style to their talented roster of DJs. After years of throwing down the sickest mixes of eclectic choons to packed crowd after packed crowd, PKat opened the gates toward production in 2004 and re-emerged with an evolved Plurtrain – not only an affiliation, but the label under which he began producing some of the most distinctive and surprisingly involved music in the scene today. Perpetually evolving his signature sound, his notoriety has grown exponentially. Now many years later, PKat continues to rock the decks, challenging audiences' preconceived notions of "what is hardcore", exposing them to the most authentic sounds he can conceptualize / create while surpassing expectations with each new performance.
